How Do You Add Meta Tags To Self Hosted WordPress?

Meta description and meta keyword tags are pretty important, depending on your views on SEO, so what is the best way to add meta tags to a self hosted WordPress blog?

I use the All in One SEO plugin… not sure if it is the best, but it seems to work.

I’m in the same boat as those above, I use the All-In-One-SEO-Pack Plugin…the thing I find amusing is that someone as well established, with as much experience and that much success is asking this question. Garry, you must have experimented with how many different ways and methods over the years? From what I hear, you must have a darn good method already figured out :)
